Key Personnel

Sterling Management, Inc. employs the finest management professionals in the industry. The company's principals are degreed accountants and property management experts specializing in the real estate field. With an eye to constantly monitoring reporting systems and fiscal health of the properties, our accounting expertise ensures accuracy and timeliness of financial statements and reliable forecasting.

Our property management executives began their careers on properties and understand how to operate a property to produce optimum results.


Mark S. Stoops, CMCA
President

Mr. Stoops brings over 20 years of experience in property management operations. A graduate of Western Kentucky University, he has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, a degree in Real Estate Management, and is a licensed Florida real estate broker. Mr. Stoops directs all operations for Sterling. Creating value for the owner through state-of-the-art management techniques is his area of expertise, and all of his extensive experience is utilized in maximizing the performance of investor-owned properties.


Shelley A. Chew
Senior Vice President

Ms. Chew is a graduate of The State University of New York with a degree in Business Administration and Marketing, and has completed all course work for IREM's C.P.M. designation. She is responsible for daily marketing and management of rental/investment properties, utilizing extensive experience with Florida multi-family communities and resorts. Ms. Chew's track record for success is unmatched in achieving the highest occupancies and subsequent returns for client-owned properties.


Sean D. Galaris
Senior Vice President

Mr. Galaris is responsible for Sterling Management's Community Association Management and Landscape Management divisions, and has over 13 years of experience in property management operations. Mr. Galaris is a graduate of Salem State College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, and is a licensed Florida real estate broker and community association manager. He is responsible for over 250 properties and 40,000 units on the west coast of Florida. His commitment to communication and powerful leadership ability will help direct Sterling-managed properties to success in the new millennium.
